Last week, the calendars flipped to April and that means that Spring is finally arriving in New England.
At least that is what I thought as I began to pull together this playlist and then a freak snowstorm decided to show up and all the flowers went back into hiding.
Hopefully the sun is out wherever you are and even if there is snow on the ground, this playlist will help brighten your day a bit.
This week, our playlist is a mellow, but uplifting mix of tunes to ease into the weekend and get the day going in the right direction.
For me, a good playlist has an arc and a story to tell and this one is all about putting a smile on your face and keeping you in a positive mood.
I also decided to go with a boy-girl-boy approach when selecting the ten tunes. Of course, anyone who knows me knows I like to mix it up with mainstream and indie artists so I hope everyone gets to hear something new when they play this.
